About us
Fitness Inside & Out is a Naples, Florida based personal training, therapeutic massage and nutrition studio. At Fitness Inside & Out, our personal trainers are our most important asset. Since 1994, clients have trusted locally-owned and operated Fitness Inside & Out for personal training and post rehab care. Our expert trainers have bachelor's and master's degrees in health science fields. Owner Mike Edwards, who holds a master's degree in exercise physiology, has experience working in clinical settings and has worked with diverse client populations from total hip and knee replacement and other post-rehab clients to nationally competitive athletes. No big and crowded gym. We address clients' individual needs in a private studio.
