In this video to the right Sonny describes his five step cleaning process he's mastered over the last 18 years detailing each and every step in the overall process. * Step one he talks to the client and assesses their needs on an individual basis. * Step two he pre-treats the carpets with extra attention to the trouble areas. * Next he uses his top of the line truck mounted unit to perform the steam cleaning process, heating the water to 240 degrees for the best possible clean. * Next he deodorizes and sanitizes the carpets at no additional charge. * Lastly he rakes the carpet to make sure it looks good and dries faster.
