About us
Flagship Health is a full spectrum Primary Care Clinic serving Senior Veterans, Spouses and Seniors who support the Veteran Community. We offer Primary Care, Behavioral Health, Wellness, Community Center, Wellness Center and VA Navigation Services. Our goal is creating a Healthy Veteran Community. We are Veterans serving Veterans! Community, Connection and Care. All members must be 60 years of age or older. We are a Medicare Provider.
