STAY AWAY from Flooded.com in West Hempstead, NY.
My basement was flooded. They did a HORRIBLE job of restoration. Terrible painting and carpeting. They actually did damage. I had to briing in a contractor to repair their damage. They wrecked my garagage and several valuable tools went missing. The manager responsible was either unresponsive or rude.
Please, I don't want anyone else to have this experience. There are plenty of good businesses out there. STAY AWAY from this one!
