The Floor Decor Design Center is the first and only full-service flooring design showroom owned and operated by a father and daughter team. Owners Michael Phoenix and Janine Geneste along with interior designer Randee Slotkin and their team which includes showroom manager Rob Perez, kitchen and bath specialists’ general contractor John and Jennifer Manzione specialize in creating a unique customer experience by utilizing their exclusive one stop, stress-free design process, transforming and renovating spaces to completion.
