Florence "Flo" Brudi is a certified nutritionist want you to know why and how the food you eat affects your body and mind and can make a difference to support your health. She started her career in France helping people with Diabetes and Cardiovascular diseases. She have worked as a nutrition coach with many diverse people at a fitness place in Somerville as well as in her private practice at Fork Story.
