Forrest J. Lowe, MD, received his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, where he also completed a neurovascular fellowship. He completed his residency in neurology at the University of Cincinnati. Dr. Lowe is board certified in vascular neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
