5 stars for this small business all the way! I purchased two Red Sox vs. Yankees tickets to a Monday game, but had a sudden change in my work schedule and needed to go on a different game.
The young girl that helped me exchanged them out for a different Sox/Yankees game and actually gave me better seats for not additional cost of fees! I have been going to Clubhouse ever since! Small businesses tend to remember their clients and you end up getting superior customer service A++
