Fox Pool :NOT GOOD
I had fox pool of Lancaster PA install an above ground pool, that we purchased from them back in 2007. The woman who sold it to my husband and myself was awesome. She told us she would do what ever it took to make sure our experience with the fox Pool family would always be pleasant. She even gave us her personal cell phone number. The customer service we recieved from her over the past two years was perfect. We would go in once a month for our water chemistry, and Karen always took care of us. She was right on All the time. It was always a pleasure dealing with her. and also, even though our water test might have said we needed so much chemical, (it was all computerized) she would cross stuff out and do it the way she was taught. AND IT WAS ALWAYS PERFECT. It seemed as though the computer was calibrated just to make the store money, and if you follwed those instructions, you would have to spend more money than really needed. Again Karen saved us money.
