Frank R. Campisano is an experienced New Jersey elder law and employment law attorney. This includes issues such as marital shelter trusts, life insurance trusts, generation skipping trusts and Family Limited Partnerships. He also specializes in Medicaid asset protection and planning, VA Aid & Attendance benefits, guardianship's, special needs trusts, and estate and trust planning, design and litigation.

Mr. Campisano is admitted to practice in New Jersey. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the United States Court of Appeals, 3rd. Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
