Frankie D. Payne, MSN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than a decade of experience delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across urgent care, primary care, rehabilitation, and federally qualified health settings. Her career has been deeply rooted in serving underserved and marginalized communities, including immigrant populations and patients navigating fragmented healthcare systems.
Ms. Payne is clinically autonomous in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions, with advanced expertise in urgent care, emergency stabilization, pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic interventions, and preventive health.
