Fred Starr, MD, is a highly respected medical doctor, child psychiatrist, and computational neuroscientist with more than 30 years of experience in neurofeedback and Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) technology. He provides expert care to patients at Optimum Peak Wellness in Redmond, Washington.
Since 1990, Dr. Starr has been at the forefront of advancing evidence-based mental health care through innovative clinical and technological applications of neurofeedback.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology before completing his medical degree, followed by a residency in Adult Psychiatry and a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Dr.
