I joined French Riviera Fitness and really enjoyed the work outs and the staff there. The membership was explained to me clearly and I thank the front desk lady for the time spend during the explanation of terms and conditions. It was good and I was also evaluated physically to know the right exercise and focus for my body. I never heard this kind of treatment and never experience from other fitness center. It is good to have French Riviera Fitness in our place.

I really like this place because you can always find a machine to work on. Those are readily available. The machines are all new and have clear indications on how it can be used. They have great specialist who can work for personal training which is worth the money. I am very glad that I signed up for membership in French Riviera Fitness in Gretna. The place is great!

For the ladies, you can have your privacy while working out because they have the designated room just for you. you can do the steps, yoga, pilates or zumba without any men in the background. Hit their steam and sauna area for more detoxification, fat-sweating and relaxation.
