Friday Pilates | Central is a modern reformer Pilates studio in Tucson, AZ, located at the corner of Grant Road and Swan Road. We offer modern Reformer Pilates classes in a fun, inclusive, and encouraging studio environment designed for all fitness levels. Our Central Tucson Pilates studio features ample free parking in a large lot right in front of the studio, making it easy to stop in before or after work. We’re conveniently located near grocery stores and coffee shops. Our class schedule runs as early as 6:00am and as late as 7:30pm on our longest days, giving you flexible options to fit Pilates into your routine.
