About us
The Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin health centers and clinics provide high quality care by preventing disease and helping our patients manage their chronic conditions. Located in New Berlin, Wis, Froedtert Moorland Reserve Health Center offers primary care, cancer care, occupational medicine. It also includes a pharmacy and lab services. Our health network believes that prevention, early detection and disease management are proven not only to reduce health care costs for patients, but more importantly improve health and quality of life. Current patients can use MyChart to schedule requests for a physical, follow-up or office visit. Patients can also use MyChart to manage prescriptions and message their provider.
