About us
The Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin health centers provide high quality care by preventing disease and helping our patients manage their chronic conditions. Located in West Bend, Wis, Froedtert Pleasant Valley Health Center offers primary care, OBGYN and specialty care for allergy, GI, ENT, heart & vascular, reproductive health, plastic surgery, women's health and more. We believe prevention, early detection and disease management are proven not only to reduce health care costs for patients, but more importantly improve health and quality of life. Current patients can use MyChart to schedule requests for a physical, follow-up or office visit. Patients can also use MyChart to manage prescriptions and message their provider.
