About us
The Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin health centers provide high quality care by preventing disease and helping our patients manage their chronic conditions. Located in Sussex, Wis, Froedtert Sussex Health Center offers primary care, family medicine and OBGYN, and specialty care in allergy, female urology and surgical services. This location also offers lab services. Our health network believes prevention, early detection and disease management are proven to reduce health care costs for patients and can improve health and quality of life. Current patients can use MyChart to schedule requests for a physical, follow-up or office visit. Patients can also use MyChart to manage prescriptions and message their provider.
