About us
The Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin health centers provide high quality care by preventing disease and helping our patients manage their chronic conditions. Located in Brookfield, Wis, Froedtert Springdale Health Center offers primary care, internal medicine, pediatrics, and specialty care for podiatry, orthopaedics and sports medicine. This location also offers lab services and walk-in X-ray imaging. Prevention, early detection and disease management are proven to reduce health care costs for patients and can improve health and quality of life. Current patients can use MyChart to schedule requests for a physical, follow-up or office visit. Patients can also use MyChart to manage prescriptions and message their provider.
