He is proud to serve patients at Front Range Foot and Ankle Clinic in Parker, Colorado.Dr. Mallett received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Mount Union in Alliance, Ohio. He then earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine (formerly the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine) in Independence, Ohio.Afterward, he completed his podiatry residency at Southwest General Health Center in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. He is affiliated with Parker Adventist Hospital and Crown Point Surgery Center, both in Parker, Colorado.
