Shouting is something that has put me off of exercise in the past. This Baton Rouge personal trainer, though, was different as he was always understanding and he didn’t get upset if I couldn’t do something. His gentle encouragement has changed my opinion of exercise in general and I’m now motivated to continue in my quest to achieve the weight that I desire. Hourly rates were a tad higher than some of the personal trainers I had dealt with in the past. The results were there, though, and I would happily pay this price once again.
