I signed up for a personal trainer at Future Fitness because I badly wanted to get back into shape. Some of my friends suggested boxing, which I thought was a sport that only the strong men could get into. I was very wrong, and the attention that is given to each client at Future Fitness is a plus because I have become very addicted to the training sessions.
