Let’s be honest, the Garden Room is a beautiful venue, but the staff—particularly the main event coordinators—are nonresponsive, unprofessional and inconsiderate, and petty and childish; and while it seems affordable, there are dozens of hidden fees that hike up the price of the venue, little by little, that you won’t know about any of them until they give you an invoice—which we only received three days before our event, even though we had been asking for a long time. It is a beautiful place, but our experience working with them was so awful that I wish I’d had my wedding anywhere else!
