Money is not properly accounted for. Child safety issues are not addressed. State law concerning fiduciary duties is violated and the Garland Soccer flouts its own bylaws. This charity is run like a dictatorship by errant leader, David Arciniega. The numbers are plummeting as Arciniega runs this charity into the ground.
