I live in the area, and after giving this restaurant over a dozen chances, I have vowed not to give them my business anymore.
Decor is romantic in the evenings. The food there is quite delicious, but not classic Italian cuisine. If you're looking for the classics try some where else. If you are looking for consistent service, attentive wait staff who remember your order, try somewhere else. If you have kids, forget about it. If you have a baby or toddler, learn to change a diaper standing up or balancing baby on one knee. Service is slow and wait staff wouldn't notice you even if you were waving a red flag unless they intended to visit your table.
The management does not take criticism or feedback kindly. I was told that I should have tried fast food, after waiting 50 minutes for my main course.
The rude response has forced me to no longer tolerate the service, no matter how good the food!
