When we came to New Brunswick KIA to look for our first new car we were nervous, excited and just wanted to get good deal and not deal with what we thought was the typical car salesman, what we got exceeded our expectation and so much more. Our car salesman was Vito Grippo and he was friendly and kind and made us feel comfortable and at home. He told us stories of his family which were amusing and allowed us to relate to him on a personal level which I find comforting in a sales person.
