Gateway School of Real Estate

Gateway School of Real Estate is different from other schools because we offer both in-person and online courses. You can choose the best option for your schedule, budget and learning style. For the online class you will still have access to material covered in the live course to help support your online efforts. Materials include practice tests to help you prepare. This pre license real estate course has been developed to give you everything needed to become eligible for, and be successful at passing the Washington State Real Estate Exam. Washington State Fundamentals is a 60 hour class that will teach you the basics of obtaining your real estate license. The majority of what you will need to know to pass the state exam will come from this section. The next course is Washington State Real Estate Practices. This subject is 30 hours in length and will bring you closer to what it will actually be like to operate successfully in the real estate profession. Passing the exam is not an easy task. According to the Washington State Department of Licensing the exam is the first line of elimination to keep people who are not qualified to work with the public as real estate brokers from doing so. This course will show you what you will need to know to get beyond this first hurdle to becoming a successful real estate broker in Washington State. Congratulations on taking the first step!
