Not even worthy of a single star. I called Genesis because of the reviews on the website, which I later learned were fraudulant. They came out to clean our carpet yesterday. The tech suggested a hydrogen peroxide agent to brighten our carpet since it's a lighter color. He also mentioned he'd have to get it off quickly so as not to create a bleach spot. Last night as it started to dry, I noticed discoloration in two of the downstairs rooms. By this morning it was MUCH worse! I called them back and asked for the owner to come out and take a look. First he sent the tech from yesterday, who was very nasty. Then the owner came (about an hour late) and was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. He gave a number of reasons for the discoloration - from shadows in the room, normal wear and tear, old carpet (it's two years old), to cheap carpet (it's a nice Berber).
