I previously had a contractor install some SpeakerCraft speakers and set up a home theater system in my home. I was very unhappy with that contractor at the end. I called GAP and they helped me, not even being a customer, for free and even gave me a copy of the software and manual I needed to fix the job myself. I will definitely be using them in the future. There aren't honest people out there any more that actually put customer first. Thank you, Mark!
