Completely UNHAPPY with this company and our DJ Shaun Yelle. I gave the DJ a complete list of all the songs, plus all the special songs for our entrance garder dancde ect.and he messed it all 10 up. He couldn't even pronounce my (the brides) name even after he had been told time and time again and finally our guest yelled back in unison the correct way to pronounce it! He played all the wrong songs for all the important stuff and then asked for payment in front of the guests. I called the office to alert them of this problem and the office couldn't even call us back. Unprofessional and would NEVER recommend this company to anyone else. They burnt their bridge with us and also looked very unprofessional in front of 6 brides to be who attended our wedding. I am in no way a crazy complainer and didn’t care that my flowers weren’t the right color and that it rained things happen but the DJ didn’t need to do anything but follow a list of songs.
