The last several times I have asked for delivery service I have had nothing but a bad experience. The food was late, the sushi tasted so awful that I threw it out and the delivery driver was so unlikeable. TWICE they have forgotten about me on a delivery. I did business with them so much when they first began, because they were excellent with their customers. In fact, I used to buy lunch for the office every Friday from them.

Tonight, I was in the mood for sushi and I called and mistakenly asked for delivery again. The first words out of this guys mouth were: Ahh derivery is 25 dollah minimum. I hung up.

I was so upset at being treated so rudely that I called back and advised him his behavior is driving away business. I told him I was not going to continue doing business with the restaurant based on his behavior. He said ok and was happy about it.
