About us
Glen Brook Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is a spacious 240-bed facility located conveniently in the heart of Berwick, PA.
Glen Brook proudly offers Resident Centered Care as part of our Rapid Recovery Program. We also provide Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapies in addition to our Skilled Nursing care.
Our goal is to return our patients to their highest level of independence as quickly and seamlessly as possible. As a team, we are sensitive to the needs of our patients. We realize that the needs of individuals are different. Some might need a higher level of care and supervision. And at Glen Brook, we provide that. Our facility can offer Long-Term Care, Respite Stays, and Post-Acute Care.
