Please Cease and Desist any and All capital and fund raising for Yvette Kendall for Cleencups Corporation or Products as of today, I DO NOT give you the authority to secure or utilize funds on my or Cleencups behalf. I am resending the previous contractual rights for you to raise or fund any capital for me or my company due to what I believe as un*****y business practices that may threaten the livelihood and the viability of my corporation or product(s) as well as many other unspoken issues that has surfaced.

I formally Command that all Intellectual Property obtained by you on June 6th at 4:30pm in the state of Las Vegas, Nevada be returned via FedEx or UPS be returned immediately and I render our Agreement null and void as of today June 14, 2010 and that all communication from you to myself whether in writing, electronically,...
