About Mitch Phelps Prior to joining Globe Life Liberty National Division, Mitch Phelps was in the construction business. He wasn’t crazy about it. “I didn’t feel I could grow there,” Mitch said. “Truthfully, I felt that lack of growth at most every job I’d been a part of.” So he sought out something different: a job – no, a career he could see himself sticking with, growing with, and that ultimately would change his life.
