Shaelynn Ballard Liberty National Before joining Liberty National Life Insurance Company (LNL) in 2018, Shaelynn Ballard worked as a clinical specialist for a pediatric cardiologist. But by 2018, Shae was ready to make a career change. “I was attracted to Liberty National because I would be able to earn what I’m worth. In other positions, I was told my income was capped because I don’t have a degree. To join a Company like Liberty National and have the opportunity to earn more than I could ever dream of really excited me,” Shae recalls. “Having the ability to advance at Liberty National based on my work ethic, and not a degree, was something that drew me in,” she adds. Being an Agency owner has been a goal for Shae since joining LNL.
