Called Go Green carpet cleaners in Boise to have them shampoo carpet (3 bedrooms). Todd from Go Greencame out he said let us clean and seal your grout as well. I asked how long that would it take. He replied that it would only take a couple of hours, maybe 2 -3. I said sure because it was only 9:00 a.m. At 2:00 p.m. he was only half finished and he said he had to leave and would have to come back another day to finish. He said he had another boise carpet cleaning job to do. He left our house with furniture everywhere and floors still wet from the seal and it wouldn't be dry for at least 12 hours. He left promising to return to finish but wouldn't schedule with us, he said we had to call the Boise carpet cleaner to schedule his return. We called the very next morning to schedule the remaining work. We spoke with the owner and ee wanted to schedule him to return in about seven (7) days which was unexceptable and I insisted that he come back sooner. The owner seemed surprised with Todd's lengthly process but he did send him back the next day to finish. Todd did ultimately return to complete the sealing which took another 4.5 hours. Joe said he would come back to buff the tile in about a week but never heard from him.
