Golden Scissors

I brought in a wig to show the color wanted. Jennifer owned up to screwing it up, then tried to fix it but still not right. Long story I will not bothr you with all the details.

I left with the wig on - imagine my supprise when they wanted $169.00 for my screwed up color. We negotiated the price down to $100.00 for a hair cut, just a trim she had cut it two weeks ago - just a cut no sylle or blow dry and a base color - which was the wrong color to start with. When I express my feelings and said this was no way to keep a customer I was told I did not think you would come back anyway.
And she spent a lot of time and did a lot of work. Yes I wasted 4 hours because she scewed up! Now I have to pay to have someone else fix it on top of the $100.00.

The sad part is I would have gone back - I feel if given time she could have fixed it properly and I liked her - she just misjudged the color, it happens. But I am a firm beliver in - all business and people screw up - the measure...
