Good Day Psychiatry is an outpatient mental health facility in Lubbock, TX, offering West Texas and New Mexico individuals a wide range of services. Led by Dr. Jessica Spiegelberg, Good Day Psychiatry approaches each patient as a unique case with a completely individualized approach. Dr. Spiegelberg and her team use cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy to treat anxiety, depression, PTSD, eating disorders, trauma, bipolar disease, and much more. Additionally, Dr. Spiegelberg offers medication management for those who need a little extra help managing their medications. Dr. Spiegelberg is dedicated to providing her patients with a safe environment where they can get the care they deserve to optimize their mental health.
