About us
Good Shepherd at Home is a natural extension of the compassionate care and excellent customer service our patients receive at our inpatient and outpatient locations. Our home health program is designed to make care such as nursing, as well as physical, speech and occupational therapies, accessible for those patients who cannot travel to one of our outpatient locations. Our goal is to promote good health and increase function and independence in the comfort of your home.
