Good Shepherd Home - Bethlehem is a 24/7 nursing home for residents 18 years and older with disabilities. With 60 beds, Good Shepherd Home - Bethlehem cares for patients with primary diagnoses including, but not limited to, cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, spina bifida, quadriplegia, traumatic brain injury or multiple sclerosis. Residents may be referred by a physician, insurance company, discharge planner/social worker, home health agency, family member or self-referral.
