Gordon river apartments are horrible. Please do not move here, I'm currently a resident and these apartments are really old, the apartments are infested with mold and they try covering it up with paint, the laundry is a rip off $1.75 for washer and $1.50 for dryer. Some of the washer and dryer do not work and steals your change. The management can not manage , she's very rude. The are is a low income area and people are over charged! Especially when the apartments are small and flooring is horrible. The only good thing about this area is the people (some) a lot of kids running around and the gates are always broken. For the prices of these apartments it's not worth it! Make your money worth and buy a house or a expensive apartment in Naples area.
