Worst Dental experience imaginable. This dental center seems great and very friendly from the outside and at the beginning. Unfortunately Sean (Dr. Grady) is currently employing a business model designed to rapidly build volume of customers and so patient treatment is horribly neglected.

In this case, a large deposit was submitted for work which he decided not to do after just 3 months because he forgot the type of work that was agreed to. When he was reminded, he then felt that it was too time consuming and refused to even accept additional payment for services. Instead of even offering to refund any portion of the deposit, he simply took the money and walked away from the case. When we asked for a refund of at least some portion of the deposit on multiple occasions, he hid behind his other staff members or as he calls them, “the girls”.

Very poor customer treatment for anything more than a quick cleaning, or cavity fix. You can find much more reputable options all...

What an incredible staff staff they have at Grady Dental. I have 3 dentist in my family but for geography reasons can no longer see them. For that reason, it always makes me a little skeptical to go elsewhere. I have now have preventative and oral surgery performed and it was amazing. The practice is beautiful, the staff is so patient centric, has a competencies level off the charts and the Genny who runs the practice is a sweetheart and the consummate professional. I cannot rate this practice high enough.
