'' I recently visited this salon Great Clips Hayden Plaza, located at 12228 N Cave Creek Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85022 and had a very bad experience. I was treated by a very rude and unprofessional hair stylist. JERALD TROWEN. The guy apparently had a bad day and seemed to be very angry. Unfortunately, I happened to be his customer. Jerald did not greet me at all when I came in and started being rude from the beginning. Jerald was telling me things like ‘’seat here’’, “what do you want”… Jerald was throwing objects and the towel to the mirror in front of me, while providing a “customer service”. He was pulling my hair! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.
I have been working with customers for many years and have never treated them like ‘piece of crap’’, no matter how bad day I might have had, the way this guy "Jerald" treated me. He should not be working this kind of job. This is such an embarrassment for this salon. They deserve to lose business because of such behavior of this employee. I HIGHLY DO...
