About us
Great Falls Wellness is an addiction treatment center and outpatient rehab in Northern Virginia, serving the Washington, DC area with evidence-based, welcoming care in a warm, private setting. Personalized plans address both symptoms and root causes of substance use disorder.
Our core therapies include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, small-group counseling, motivational interviewing, art, and mindfulness. We also operate Northern Virginia’s first and foremost equine-assisted therapy program for addiction recovery, empowering recovery through weekly therapeutic sessions with horses at our local barn.
By integrating mental-health support for anxiety and depression, Great Falls Wellness guides each client toward lasting, whole-person healing.
