About us
Timothy Spencer, DO, is a minimally invasive spine surgeon at Greater Michigan Spine & Neurosurgery. At the practice in Battle Creek and Mount Pleasant, Michigan, Dr. Spencer specializes in minimally invasive spine surgery for complex spinal surgeries, malformations, tumors, dislocations, and other spine-related conditions. Dr. Spencer graduated with his Bachelor of Arts in biological sciences and mathematics, under the pre-medicine track from Western Colorado University in Gunnison. He then earned his Doctor of Osteopathy from the A.T. Still University Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Missouri before completing his residency in neurosurgery at Ohio University in Athens.
