Gregory Cooper serves the New York Metropolitan and surrounding areas as a licensed real estate broker. His honesty, integrity, and straight-forward approach wins you over right away, not to mention his years of brokerage experience and in-depth industry knowledge. He contributes to Spire Group a successful legacy as an award-winning broker for firms such as Sotheby’s International Realty Group. Gregory grew up in Scarsdale and enjoys making clients happy by helping them achieve the home of their dreams.

Working with property sellers, buyers, and investors, Gregory understands buying or selling a home is one of, if not THE, most significant purchase of a lifetime. He cherishes being able to help with a life-changing event. Always interested in real estate, he began his real estate career in investments and developments, later easily transitioning to Sotheby’s and his own brokerage.

Since joining Spire Group, he has facilitated sales with his knowledge of construction and management, home staging, renovating, and re-selling. If you need to buy or sell a property, Gregory will walk you through your house and determine what needs to be done to prepare it for sale or a purchase.

Gregory graduated with a bachelor’s in communications and media from Mercy College. His earliest professional foray into the legal field made him into the persuasive real estate negotiator he is today. He is a Member of the Real Estate Board of NY.
