Jim Griffith is the esteemed CEO of Griffith Financial Services, a prominent figure in the financial industry with a rich and diverse background spanning military leadership, academic excellence, and corporate success. Born and raised with a passion for service and leadership, Jim embarked on his academic journey at Jackson State University, graduating in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Throughout his undergraduate years, he demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities as evidenced by his role as the Student Body President and R.O.T.C. Battalion Commander during his senior year.
