About us
Located in the heart of Hastings Michigan at 230 N Broadway The Grit Strength Systems facility offers 2,000 sq foot of training. There are allotted areas for speed agility, boxing, and yoga. The equipment used is highest quality that provides safe progressive exercises to progress each individual to their optimal level. Recovery area and nutritional options provided. There are rest rooms provided for changing.
