Our treatment team comes from a variety of backgrounds and are specially trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Led by a licensed marriage and family therapist as well as a board certified psychiatrist, each of our treatment teams are made up of hand-picked experts in the fields of adult and adolescent mental health. Licensed clinicians are on site every single day and clinician led group sessions are offered seven days per week.
Growth Extended knows that healing from mental health struggles takes more than just therapy. Our programs offer an array of services up to and including spiritual support, meditation, yoga, church attendance, life skills classes and 12-step support. Specialized groups cover a variety of topics including self harm, self esteem, past trauma, anger management, addiction, art therapy, family conflict and conflict resolution. All clients receive membership to a state-of-the art local gym.
