This company does not deserve any stars. I have had them come to my house 3 times already to fix my heat pump, and I am still having problems! I paid them all three times. After the third time, I wanted them to come out free of charge to fix the problem like I paid them the previous 3 times to do, and they refused. They said they can't come out without charging. The owner said, I don't have time for this. and transferred me to a secretary. I don't see how this company is even in business. Please don't use them or you will be sorry, broke, and literally left out in the cold, or heat.
