Very friendly and competent staff, I had to repair an AC unit of about 5 years, which was immediately repaired using the VIP plan. I called a contractor who fixed it the same day. The AC works very well now.

My AC malfunctioned but low and behold, I realized it was still under warranty. I called and filed a claimed and was astonished by how quickly a received the confirmation stating that my claim was approved. The serviceman was also great. He was on point and so generous to share about the info we needed to know. He showed me what was wrong and how I to avoid the same trouble in the future.
Now my AC is cleaner and as good as new. Thanks for the quick and competent service.
